Our service starts with a phone call. When you call (424) 550-5662, we may collect your phone number, your address and a description of the damage so we can arrange a response. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
We use the information you give us to respond to your request, arrange service and communicate about it. We keep it for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and business requirements.
Website Visits
This website has no forms and does not ask you to enter personal information. Like most websites, the hosting service may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in server logs used to keep the site secure and working.
Third-Party Content
Pages may load content from other providers, such as fonts and embedded maps from Google. Those providers may receive technical information from your browser under their own privacy policies. We do not control how they handle it.
Sharing of Information
We share the details of your request with the restoration professionals and service providers needed to respond to it. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety or property.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about your call, or ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows, by emailing contact@beverlyhillswaterdamagepros.com. You may decline to be recorded by telling the dispatcher at the start of the call, though we may then be unable to take your request by phone.
